A client analysis and analysis of needs are important for a successful recruitment

Before we accept a recruitment assignment, we always conduct a client analysis and analysis of needs, in which we review the requirements and qualifications for the position in question. The analysis includes a personal profile and a recommended search method that we believe will be the most efficient way of finding the right candidates. These methods include: search, advertising, skills database and our network or a combination of these methods.

The personal meeting

As part of the selection process, all applicants who are invited to a personal meeting will be asked to complete a personal profile analysis. The analysis is a part of the interview and the result is always reviewed with the applicant. Depending on the position and recruitment method, multiple interviews, with the same candidate, as well as in-depth analyses and various aptitude tests may be conducted. Before the recruitment process is completed we place great emphasis on obtaining references, and we will review with our client to decide which questions are of highest importance when checking references.

Follow-up to guarantee quality

As an element of our quality assurance work, we always conduct follow-ups with the client and with the candidate after completion of the recruitment process.
